In May 2007, Propaganda was invited to join Shizuoka Content Valley (SCV) Matching Project in  Shizuoka city,Japan. SCV is an organization which received the recognition of Shizuoka City mayor and Shizuoka Prefecture governor in December 2004 and was established in April 2005. SCV's objective is to foster and promote the creative industry in Shizuoka as well as to support those in the creative industry through the development of talent, business and research.  This year, 3 designers from around the world were selected and matched with local manufacturers, ChillyChilly (Hong Kong), Samira Boon (Netherlands), and Propaganda (Thailand).The project consists of 2 major activities which are the Matching project and the exhibition program.

The Matching Project

Propaganda was assigned to design the product under the theme “kid’s corner” and the project organizer will select the manufacturers who are the expert in each material to carry out the production. Kid’s corner theme will be consisted of 6 objects for children at the age range of 6 – 12 year-old which are table, chair, lamp, cabinet, hanger, and a pair of slipper. At the moment, all items are in the design development process and expected to launch the finished product around mid of 2008.
 

The seminar program
As Propaganda is one of the participants in the project, we are also invited to have the exhibition (product showcase)and lecture by Mr. Satit Kalawantavanich, the Creative Director of Propagandist company limited (Propaganda). The concept of this activity

Festival (SCVF2008).
